Market Resource Packaging utilizes a “Cell Approach” to Account Management, to ensure that each and every project is handled from start-to-finish, in a thorough, organized, and client friendly fashion. The “Cell Approach” assures that each project is managed in a consistent manner, which has been a proven success.
The foundation for the “Cell Approach” is based upon the following:
The Account Manager is the client funnel into Market Resource Packaging. An Account Manager is assigned to each account and coordinates receiving, production, shipping, and inventory reporting based upon the needs of our clients.
Each Account Manager reports directly into our Director of Account Management. The Director of Account Management is responsible for contract review, master scheduling, and client reporting.
Market Resource Packaging utilizes a customizable tracking system that links receiving, production, shipping, and inventory reports. These reports are available each day and can be downloaded directly to our clients. This system, maintained by Market Resource Packaging, includes the “Bill of Material”, “Inventory On-Hand”, “Production Schedule” with “Daily Production”, and “Shipping” reports. This proprietary system offers daily real-time reporting and can be customized to meet the requirements of our clients.
